1. Who we are
Datuza Technology Consulting Ltd ("Datuza", "we") is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. We are registered in England & Wales, Company No. 15360588, registered office C/O Aardvark Accounting, 1 Cedar Office Park, Cobham Road, Wimborne BH21 7SB. Contact: hello@datuza.com.
2. What we collect and why
- Correspondence. If you email us, we process your name, contact details and message content to respond to you. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to enquiries).
- Job applications. If you apply for a role, we process your application materials to assess your candidacy. Lawful basis: steps prior to entering a contract. Unsuccessful applications are deleted within 6 months unless you ask us to retain them.
- Website analytics. We use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics that collect aggregate visit statistics only โ no cookies are set and no personal data is collected.
3. What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, use it for automated decision-making about you, or send marketing communications without consent.
4. Sharing and international transfers
Data may be processed by our group entities in India and the UAE, and by our IT service providers (including Microsoft 365), under appropriate safeguards including UK International Data Transfer Agreements or Addendums where required.
5. Retention
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the matter and for up to 24 months thereafter. Contractual and accounting records are kept as required by law.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Contact us at the address above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Security
Data is held within our Microsoft 365 environment with access limited to those who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication and role-based access.
