Responsibility

What does a firm owe beyond its client work?

More than a page of promises. Datuza is small, so our contributions are practical and personal — and this page keeps us honest about them.

Our stance

Doing what a small firm actually can

We don't publish glossy sustainability reports. We pick causes we can genuinely help, contribute to them, and record it here plainly — the same why-before-how discipline we apply to everything else. As Datuza grows, so will this page.

What we support today

Small contributions, made real

Reforestation with SankalpTaru

In 2025, Datuza contributed to tree plantation in rural India through the SankalpTaru Foundation — an on-ground reforestation organisation working under the UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration, where every tree is planted, geo-tagged and cared for by local communities.

SOFOSH, Pune

We support SOFOSH — the Society of Friends of the Sassoon Hospitals — a long-standing Pune institution working alongside Sassoon General Hospitals, caring for orphaned and abandoned children and supporting patients in need.

Contributions like these are deliberately unglamorous: money and attention where they demonstrably help, reported here without inflation.

Datuza Adapt · AI & the world of work

Who bears the cost of the AI transition?

AI is reshaping work fastest for the people least resourced to adapt to it. As a firm that builds AI for a living, we think that gives us a particular responsibility — not to slow the technology down, but to help the people it affects keep up. This is the commitment we are building now — we call it Datuza Adapt.

The programme

Datuza Adapt

Helping the people most exposed to AI-driven change understand it, work with it, and stay ahead of it — through free education, practical training and local partnerships. Datuza Adapt is being shaped now, with our team and our first community partners; the first sessions, materials and partner organisations will be announced on this page.

EducationTrainingPartnerships

Education first

Free, plain-language sessions on what AI actually changes — and what it doesn't — for working people whose roles are most exposed to it.

Practical training

Hands-on skills for working with AI tools rather than being displaced by them — grounded in what we see in real enterprise delivery, not in headlines.

Partnering locally

Working with schools, community organisations and training providers across the UK, India and the UAE to reach the people who need this most.

Like everything at Datuza, Datuza Adapt starts deliberately small, real and measurable — and we'll report what we actually do on this page, not what we intend.

Run a school, community group or training programme? Let's build Datuza Adapt together.
